Bend length attachment percent

Hello,

What is the purpose of "Bend length attachment percent" in configuration? I read the manual, but I cannot understand the words "Controls the amount of accuracy included in the system dimensions around bends".

I guess that the meaning is that the element that is inserted create an increase of the bend dimension with the percent specified. So for example for a 4" bend and 1% specified in Config instead 305mm, the bend will have 308.05mm. If you specify 5% then the elbow dimension will be 320,25. So accuracy of the dimension decrease.
