how to disable excel report extraction message

every time i exctract a report in excel format, there is a message "finished sending reports to MS excel" and i have to click "OK" every time to open the excel report.

Is it possible to disable that message so that excel will open automatically without being forced to press "OK"?

Press escape key, will be faster. Not automatically, but...
