CAESARII 2019_Very Slow

Hi,

Please note that we are facing this problem with CAESARII 2019 (build 190424).

Once we run the CII, view the results and close it, it takes approximately 3-4 minutes for "Piping input" tab to highlight.

We are facing this issue in two of the computers (Win7 and Win10). In all the other computers it is pretty quick.

Our IT is clueless, Kindly guide us on this.

Use TaskManager and make sure you don't have two instances of 'outp02.exe' running.

If the problem persists, open an SR on SmartSupport.

Resolved after installing service pack.
