Isogen "ok" does nothing... simple fix?

Hello. I haven't used C2isogen since updating to V12, but I tried it today and when I get to the "Isometric Drawing Generation" window set to "Use Default Style"clicking the "ok" button does nothing. it flashes but there is no response. Not even an error message.

I want to say that I have had this issue once before, in an older version, and it was a simple fix... but I can't remember what that simple fix was. Would someone jog my memory? Thanks.
