Error Importing/Exporting Load Cases

I tried using CAESAR II load case import/export to excel and receive the attached error.

Appreciate advice if anyone observed the same and were able to fix it.

- submit the C2 model you're working with
- indicate the exact version and build of the software
- provide the sequence of steps necessary to generate this error.
