Is it just me, or does it take longer for models to come up and longer to run under the new ISL system?

I also have troubles in getting to the Piping input (need to try twice)

If you are running c2 version 11 (2019) or earlier you will see a delay because ISL must emulate SPLM (the earlier licensing mechanism). Version 12 is built with ISL and the time to access licensing depends on the speed of your Internet connection.
Since many people are still using Version 11, we have rebuilt this version for ISL and this is available as Service Pack 3 on Smart Support.
