Rigid with no weight (massless, weightless) graphic issue - 04/06/20 04:09 AM

I don't know if it is a problem of my workstation.

After installing CaesarII 2019 SP2 update (I think), the graphic dimention of a rigid element with no weight it is not a fixed "stick" as in previous version of the software, but it seems to have diameter something as proportional with diameter of the line/elements.

It can be good in some cases (a visual check of possible differences of base diameters), but many times it results quite annoying for graphical reporting, where only the normal pipes are important and the rigids have to be readed as connections.

Someone knows how to retun to previous visualization?
someone knows to change to proportional factor and/or refix the dimentions of the rigids?

You are correct. With the graphics rewrite for v.11 (2019) dummy rigid elements are no longer plotting as a "thick stick". We have this on the list (backlog) to change.

It would help (increasing the importance of this issue) if you could file an SR on Smart Support and request this change. The more people that request an item, the higher its priority.

thank you.
but SR server for service requests, for my experience of simple user, is an ocean and not a swimming pool...
