CaesarII 2018 Input and graphic window not opening

Hello all respected members,
Have you ever faced this problem that the Caesar 2018 (ver 10) Input window and graphic window is not opening. However the files that I had run earlier I can open its static load case window and can also run it for analysis. But can not open the input window only.

But to my surprise, I can open the Caesar 2014 (ver 7) input window and can also run it for analysis.

Please suggest, if I need to do some setting change or some other issue?

I presume you could run v.10 on this machine before? Based on this assumption, what changed on your machine?

Things to check/try:
1) see if there is an update to the driver for your graphics board.
2) In the c2 configuration, try switching the graphics driver to another choice. (Windows Basic usually works, but it is slower than the alternatives.)

If the problem continues, please file a Support Request on Smart Support.

The only change that has occurred on my machine is that I have shifted from office to personal internet, and using the office server for licences. But I dont think that internet speed is the problem because Version 7 is running well.

I also tried using "Windows basic video" for Windows drive, but it is not working.

Are you receiving any error messages?

If not, open Task Manager and see if prepip.exe is running.

I sometimes have to kill prepip.exe and restart it one or two times before the input editor will fully open.

Not sure when that started, but I'm on 2019, not 2018. I don't recall 2018 having this issue.

Also Windows 7.
