Loads to structure (shoe saddle)

For big bore (such as flare line 84in), shoe saddle is applied which is very width shoe (from 1500mm to 2000mm).

Question:

1. Should piping loads on structure be informed as concentrated load or as uniform load?

2. Should inform twisting moment as concentrate moment at the shoe location?
