mill tolerance is used only in the minimum wall thickness check. It does not affect load or stress

Yes, you are right.

However, my query is what %age need to be input in caesar for mill tolerance of 0.3mm?

You can simply put % in te C2 as '0.3mm / plate thickness * 100 %'

but what's the point?

It's not the worst of ideas to have CAESAR back up previously established wall thickness calculations, especially in early design, when you might not have a piping specification in mind.

However, to input mill tolerance as a flat measurement, you currently have to input each mill tolerance individually as a percentage of the wall thickness in question.

Perhaps in a future update, we can type in 0.3 mm or 0.0625".
