isogen error in dimentions if erection/offshore type - 10/25/18 07:09 AM

I work on caesarii 2018 (10.00.00.7701 built 170912), not yet applied the new SP2.

normally in the past, i have used the "use default style" option for stress isometrics generation.

yesterday i have tryed finally the "create new style"/"use existing style" to personalize a big iso collection.

i think to have found a dimentioning issue using the option "ERECTION/OFFSHORE" isometric type in isogen configuration instead of the defaul value "COMBINED". the values of continous dimentions (see photo in attach) are measured from the start and not single.
if i select "COMBINED" or the default type the values are correct. please check and correct the bug.

Lido,

I was unable to reproduce the error with one of our example files, INLET-SEPARATOR-SKID. Could you file a service request on Smart Support and send me the file?

To log a SR in Smart Support go to smartsupport1.intergraph.com/ and select I am a new user and fill out the form. Once provided a login you will login and see the Create SR button. Then, just follow the instructions.

Thanks,
