Hi,

I am experiencing an error when trying to convert a neutral file (.cii) exported out of PDMS into a CAESAR 2018 (.C2) file. We were able to make it work with CAESAR 2017 but wanted to know if Hexagon has identified the issue and developed a fix to make it work with 2018 version.

Please let me know at your earliest convenience. I already sent an e-mail to crm.ppm@hexagon.com but no response as of yet.

Ltorrado,

Support Has changed to where all Service Requests are handled through Smart Support. The fastest way to get Support is to create a login on Smart Support(smartsupport1.intergraph.com) then, login and file a Service Request.

The email you posted above is for the CRM group they will verify your account information and right to service. They will then, create a Service Request for you. I have talked with one of our CRM Analysts and they are working through user queries and you should hear something soon. Please provide them with your neutral file so, the CAESAR II Support Engineer Assigned can troubleshoot more efficiently.

We aren't currently aware of any issues importing Neutral files into the Newer version, CAESAR II 2018. We have seen issues trying to go back to older versions, using Neutral file conversion, from CAESAR II 2018 because the neutral file changed slightly. There should be no issue opening older neutral files into the newer 2018.
