Easy if you are using C2 2018:
1) right click on the element where you want to insert the restraint
2) then choose "Restraint"; "Insert restraint"
3) select "Insert at Existing" in the "Insert Restraint Dialog box"
4) Specify the restraint node you want the support to be copied from in the "Copy Restraint from Node" field

A little more hidden if you are using and older C2 release.
You can "hack" the "Break element" feature for this scope.
Let's say you want to create a 2000 mm long element, from node 100 to 110, and you want to copy on node 110 the restraint you have on node 10

1) Create a 3000 mm element from 100 to 120
2) CTRL + B on the element you've just created
2) Choose "Insert single node"
3) "New node number" = 110
4) "Distance" = 2000 mm
5) Get support from node = 10
Done

Of course the most time-saving scenario is when you want to break a longer elements in many smaller part: you can CTRL+B on the element, specify the number of total elements, the node you want to copy the restraint from.
