how to select the stiffness value for damper in caesar ii

I am in the moment of doing analysis of oilsystem,in my analysis i need to provide the viscos dampers,
Any body can explain me how to model a damper exactly in the CAESARII and where can i get the damper stiffness

Well, the stiffness data comes from the vendor!!!!
