Sphere Tee Modelling

I need help regarding the modelling of Sphere Tee in CAESAR II and also the SIF to be used or formula if you have.

I would treat the sphere tee as a small pressure vessel and not a fitting. The failure would occur at the "nozzle" to "wall" interface, like so.
