OutP02 error Caesar 2014

Hi everyone, since last week i got this error message when i try to export the report to MS word (office 2013)"This method or property is not available because the clipboard is empty or not valid".
Software version is 2014 updated with service pack 3 and last hotfix, OS is windows 7 up to date. I also tried with office 2013 but the problem is the same... any solution?

Huh, I get a similar error with export to Excel lately. It still does the export but the "the clipboard is empty or not valid" part of the error message seems the same. I wonder if our friends at Microsoft have done something with the clipboard.

Patrizio,

Try closing all Microsoft Office application. Check whthr any application runing in the background.
The excel service will be running even after closing the file.
In case you have generated output in Excel manually close the running service.

Now try generating the output again.

This trick usually works for me...

Change Memory allocated ( Mb) to 512----------
