wrc 107 error

In the WRC 107 module, after inserting all the data and load for the analysis, when i click on the "run analysis" button the following error occurs:


forrtl: severe (29): file not found, unit 1, file WRC-2.DIG

Stack trace terminated abnormally.



Please, how can I solve the issue?

That file (wrc-2.dig) is supposed to reside in the program directory - can you check and make sure it is there.

If the file doesn't exist, I suggest you reinstall the software - there is a good chance something else is missing.

If the file is there, please open a Support Request on Smart Support. The Technical Support group will have to get involved in this.

wrc-2.dig was in the program directory but the problem keeping occurs.

I solved the issue coping that file in the job (".c 2" file) directory.

What exact version/build of c2 are you running? Is the software installed in "Program Files" or somewhere else?

Yes, the software is installed in the standard directory (C:\Program files\....)
