all of a sudden the analysis and word output is blank. It was fine up until a day ago. ????

We need way more information. Open a Support Request on Smart Support and provide details regarding your Operating System and the exact version of c2 you're using. It would also be helpful to know what changed on your system to cause this. c2 didn't change, right?
