Nozzle in a Blind Flange

I am new to this forum and have a problem I am hoping someone could help me with. I am checking allowable loads and moments on a heat exchanger in Caesar.
The HEx has a nozzle with a blind flange and another nozzle connected to this Blind with allowables for both nozzles.
My problem is how to model the Blind flange with the additional smaller nozzle.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
