Dear,

I would just add the weight, modeling anchor with CNode to check loads and flanges.

Steam at 530 deg C is an invisible and instant killer in the event of a leak or failure.

If the level of your knowledge and experience of piping stress analysis may be judged from the simplicity of your question, I wonder whether you should be doing this work ?

I agree with MoverZ.

I wanted to think well and imagined that, this being a forum for software questions (or so I understand it), Rahul didn't know how to translate his knowledge to the software. I cross fingers that is like that. So, simple question, simple answer (reminding flange leak).

Steam at 530ºC can't (or shouldn't) be calculated without stress knowledge.

Dear MoverZ & Pablo GH,

Thanks for your valuable comments on my query. You people are right i am a beginner in this line and doing analysis with 530 Deg C temp in CAESAR software. Sir from last 2 years i am trying to learn the concept related to piping & CAESAR but not able to achieved a lot. Now 2 months back my organisation in which i am working as a process engineer appointed me to do complete analysis for this project. Management also told that they will do final check up of complete modelling with any expert from outside.

I am giving my full efforts for this project and at any situation if find any problem than i just put in this forum for experts like u advice's.

I hope you will corporate with me and help me to get a right direction for this project.

Regards
Rahul

If you make a terrible mistake and a serious accident results, will your process engineer stand beside you in front of the Judge at the public enquiry ? I think you would be very much 'on your own'.

Enthusiasm is a great thing which you clearly have, but education and experience, whcih perhaps you need cannot be obtained from this Forum. If you have taken on too much, be honest about it.
