Dear all,
Regarding the equation used to calculate stress in B31.4, I have two questions:
Stress = (Fac) x abs [Ea(T2-T1) + (1-n) Shoop ] + (SE + SL)(1-Fac)
According to Caesar's Help, "Fac" should be 1.0, 0.0, or 0.001,
does this mean that the "Fac" value can be replaced by 1.0, 0.0, or 0.001. Or is it replace only 0.0 or 1.0 in the equation?
And, What's the meaning of SL(sustained stress due to pressure)?
Because I couldn't find this term in the code.
