ASME B16.48 is a dimentional standard limited till 24" size of paddle spacers, figure-8 flanges, blanks, etc. Are there standards which cover sizes more than in ASME B16.48 for the same item?

I’m fairly certain there are no U.S. standards available. You can of course use the B31.3 equation (paragraph 304.5.3), which is the basis of B16.48, or the B31.1 equation (paragraph 104.5.3). Neither equation is restricted by an upper NPS limit.
