Tell to me, please, what is the difference in data input of seismicity in Caesar-II for the buried pipes and for open pipes?
As far as I understand, there should be a difference in Load cases. In case of overground pipes if to open the menu «Static Analysis», and then to open «Load case Options», here «Occ Load Factor» it is equal 0,0 for Load cases OOC.
How correctly to enter these coefficients for buried pipes?
