The load anchor in buried pipe

According to Peng book, the value of max load of anchor in a buried pipe is in function of thermal expansion and pression (0.2 SHP-Hoop stress)pag. 369, nevertheless when i put suppor type "ANC" in a buried pipe the max value is only in function of expansion thermal.

Do you know any special consideration about that?

According to Peng's book, the value of max load of anchor in a buried pipe is in function of thermal expansion and pression (0.2 SHP-Hoop stress)pag. 369 (include attachment), nevertheless when i put suppor type "ANC" in a buried pipe model in CAESAR II the max axial load value is only in function of expansion thermal.
