Hello,
Can anyone clarify (in terms of their understanding and experience) should I consider mill tolerance and corrosion when calculating stress indices per ASME NB and NC. It is not clearly stated anywhere IMO, but personally I would prefer to consider at least mill tolerance (keeping in mind that pipe flexibility gets lower).
