Internal sleeve of Bellow

Normally internal sleeves in bellows are used to protect the convolutions from direct flow impingement, which can cause erosion and flow-induced vibration.
As fluid is not coming in contact of convulations then can we reduce effective ID to calculate pressure thrust in case of untied bellow.
