Combined thermal load and other load (external and internal)

Dear sirs,
Would you kindly share any document about theory of combination of thermal load and other loads. I want to calculate reaction and stress of this case. Because there are non-linear support (+Y, gap length,...) and boundary condition (friction) so superposition theory is not applied???
