Modeling Jacketed Pipe

A jacketed pipe for example has 220 deg C on core line and 175 degree in the jacketed line. With this temp. difference, is there any technique which temp. to use? Or, which temp does CII picks up to analyze the core pipe since the skin temp is affected by the jacketet fluid temp which is 175 deg F (moreover if it has a big delta T). Thanks for the hints fellow members.

CAESAR II uses the temperature you assign to the elements. So in this scenario, the jacket element would be at 175 and the core pipe at 220.

If you want anything different, you'll have to change the input values on the spreadsheet. CAESAR II is not doing any sort of thermal balancing.
