I made stress analysis for a natural gas metering station. C2 makes a code compliance check for HYD only and it is OK. But the other loadings causes silly results. One of my loading case is:
T=45 C
P:75 bar
pipe: 42"x19.1 mm API5LX65

Dx=-39370.395 mm
Dy= -17.833 mm
Dz=109038.227 mm

And the reamining figures are similar for all results and nodes.

Most of the model (including the above example) is burried pipe.

I checked my units, all configuration setup is default, I have choosen an avarage soil model. I checked every thing.

What am I doing wrong? Please help me....

Something is really wrong here, and I don't see the problem being "units" or the "configuration". My initial guess would be some part of the system is "disconnected", although CAESAR II would have warned you about that. Another potential source of error would be if you respecified the densities, and defined the values as lb/cu.ft. instead of lb/cu.in.?

If you still can't figure it out, send the job files to techsupport@coade.com and we'll take a look at it.

Thank you for your fast response. Yes you were right it was the fluid density. We use generaly kg/cum not kg/cucm. One more question:

How do I model a burried pipe with underground concrete supports?
