CAESAR II was released in December 2012 includes the 2010/2011 ASME codes. You can read about this new version here,

To request this version of CAESAR II you have to contact your local Intergraph sales representative.
The 2012 Edition of the ASME codes are just coming out. We received B31.1 late last year and 31.3 this month (January 2013). They will be in the next release of CAESAR II.
