Reset View on Refresh CII V5.31.01.0002

CAESAR II Version 5.31.01.0002 (Build 120918) Input file has Reset View on Refresh turned on. I turn it off with Tools Environment and save the file. But when I open the file again the Refresh is turned back on.

How do I turn off Refresh and keep it off?

This is a "Session Setting", it is not permanent.

Hi,

In addition to this, is it possible to turn it off as default? I am using CAESAR II 2013 R1, Version 6.10
