Dear richard.,

Please find the attached word file, we have fatal error code #161. How we solve the error. please treat as urgent.

This is not good, I suspect corruption of the actual program EXEs. Uninstall c2, delete the \program directory, then reinstall c2. After the new installation, run the CRC Check from the \diagnostics menu to make sure everything installed on your machine is as we shipped it.
