Error in getting global element forces ex for rigid element

Hi,
I am using Caesar 5.3 and i am not able to get the global element forces extended for rigid element.The rigid element nodes are missing from global element forces extended report.
Does anyone have a solution for this.

Try to activate "Print Forces and Moments on Rigid Elements" from Special Execution Parameters.
