Isogen error

Currently i am using C-II 5.3 version and while iso generating following error is occring
" Error in processing PCF file"
can anybody help me to solve this problem.

ISOGEN issues can only be resolved by opening a Support Request (SR) on eCustomer, and sending in your job files.
