Spring support..

Why do we use spring support?

Are you new to Caesar or to stress analysis?

It seems the case is latter...Well go through some good reference books like M.L Nayar or L.C Peng & get some info on the subject!!!

And by the way...aren't the other rest supports used are springs in one way!!!
