I have Caesar directory copied in a new computer with Windows 7. Before i had Windows XP on the old defect computer.
Then i install Caesar 5.2 CD (XP/Vista)to the new computer, but installation dos not function. Then i make a user installation this was well don.
But wether by a new file or old file the input sheat do open.
Whats wrong ?

Version 5.20 should have installed fine on Windows7. When you say the "installation does not function", what was the problem, was there an error message?
What is a "user installation"?
When you say the input won't open:
- Does the Main Menu start?
- Assuming "yes", when you click the toolbar button to start Piping Input, do you get an error, or does the button quickly change back to the active state?

Main Menu start correct
After click toolbar button piping input then button quickly change and back to the active state, but not open sheet without error message.

That behavior is indicative of a missing DLL.
When you say the "installation does not function", what was the problem, was there an error message, if so what was it?
What is a "user installation"?
If someone copied a CAESAR II installation from another computer to your Windows 7 machine, there is a good change you're missing some prerequisites, which are only put on the machine by the Installer if "it" decides you need them. This isn't what happened is it?

I found my mistake now.
With user installation i mean the "Custom setup".
In the disk root is a setup file with this i had done a installation and
and the green time line will be stop for 30 minutes and then i break the installation.
In the directory CAESARII_520 is the Windows installer CAESARII 5.20
Here was my install state wrong set.
