C2 Config Failed

Dear Richard and Dave & Loren,

We are trying to install CAESAR II 5.10 with Win 7, but it seem that when in the installing process the C@ Configuration failed and cause the installation rolled back.
What is the caused of this problem?

ceasar II is not compatible with win7,

CAESAR II 5.10 was released prior to Windows 7 and as such is not supported under Windows 7. Version 5.20 and later is compatible with Windows 7.
