Hopefully you have received your e-mail notice regarding the latest CAESAR II build - 070122.

This build is different from all previous builds for Version 5.00 - this build is distributed as a self-extracting ZIP file. Why?? Because InstallShield fell apart on this one. After spending 8 days trying to get the build to update all of the necessary files I decided enough was enough, and let it go.

The e-mail notice contains installation / application instructions. These same instructions appear on the CAESAR II Download Page of this website. So, everyone should be aware that this is not a self-installing build.

You may get some complaints, but 8 wasted days is 8 wasted days. The bright side of this is that the download file is much smaller (27 Mbytes) compared to the last InstallShield build (62 Mbytes).
