I READ TANK 3.30(2011), MANUAL(SEP.2010). IN THAT AS BELOW:

THE API650 APP. F, LIMITS THE DES. PRESS. TO 2.5PSI/17.2KPa.

IF I LIKE TO GO FOR PRESS. HIGHER ARE THERE ANY ALTERNATE RULES TO APPLY.

ALSO DES. TEMP. LIMITS TO 200DEG.F/93DEG.C BUT IF DES. TEMP. EXCEEDS THIS LIMIT, LESS THAN 500DEG.F THEN THE RULES OF APPENDIX M ARE APPLIED.

I AM IN AMBIGUITY WHETHER THIS MANUAL IS LATEST ONLY? KINDLY SUGGEST.

Those limits are still in the latest API-650 Code. If your pressure exceeds the 2.5 psi limit, then API-650 is not applicable - use API-620. (Note, TANK does not address API-620.)

API-650 does permit temperatures to exceed 200 deg F, by modifying certain material properties according to Appendix M. However, Appendix M limits temperatures to 500 deg F.

If you're asking when the applicable parts of API-620 will be incorporated into the software, we're just evaluating/planning that now. This is at least a year away.
