Dear Sir,

I am designing column ( 3800mm ID X 22200 mm Tan/Tan and skirt OD is 3846 mm). my question is, when we do calculation in PV Elite it is not considering complete height of skirt i.e transition length from top of skirt to tangent length is not considering and my client is asking me justification so please advise me on this. please see below sketch for your reference.

(skirt heigh 1995+1995+1495+1495+1043 =8023 mm but it is suppose to be 8200 mm)
