Hello,

In my codecalc calculation for reverse flange with no hub.

I have entered 0 for
Thickness of Hub at Small End
Thickness of Hub at Large End
Length of Hub

i'm getting following following warning, can you please tell me what is the problem

Hub Small End Required Thickness due to Internal Pressure:
= (P*(D/2+Ca))/(S*E-0.6*P) per UG-27 (c)(1)
= (10.50*(220.0000/2+0.0000))/(105.40*1.00-0.6*10.50)+Ca
= 1.1025 mm. Warning: Less than specified Small End Hub thickness

Thanks in advance

Regards,
Sanjay

Hello sanjaysy

Did you choose the Loose Ring Flange? If you did, make sure the go, g1 and h values are all zero. That should work.
