Dear Moderators,

We installed PVElite 2013 on a PC successfully but found the 3D display show standard Windows desktop image and sometimes lines only, instead of rendered vessel image.

Nozzle-Pro installation and usage has no problem at all on this PC.

We tried troubleshoot on PVElite setting but cannot find the root cause. Open GL has been choosen.

Any advise solution or troubleshoot steps?

Can you give us a screen image of this error? I would suggest that you submit a support request with your dealer or through our eCustomer support website.

Thanks. Our problem has been confirmed as hardware problem.

It was solved after changed the CPU.
