I am a novice at this platform & this software.Having stuck on an issue i need your assistance.
I have to perform re-rating/redesign existing equipment(25 years old) as per latest design code with material allowable stress values from pre 99 material database of Section II D’
Is it possible to perform the design with combination of latest design code with pre 99 material data base in PVELITE 2012 ?

Hello Anand,
Go to Tools --> Configuration and change the material database year from current to 1999. You can use data base upto 1999. If you want to use older than this, then you can enter the material allowables manualy from relevant edition of code.
