Dear its very simple,

Reduce the one of the saddle size by the slope of the equipment.

i.e. one saddle height shall be more than other saddle height.

there is such code for this.

Take help of professional auto cad person for making this equipment.

Dear shabeer,

Make sure that you have entered the correct height of web at the centre for the smaller saddle which can have more saddle bending stresses.

Horizontal vessels on saddle supports are sloped usually for drainage. In general, the slope can be ignored. The extra forces from sloping produce negligible effects on the vessel.

The saddle analysis (Zick) is a simplified procedure that produced approximate results. Even Mr Leonard Zick himself acknowledges that the procedure gives workable results. The minor forces introduced as a result of sloping does little in the overall scheme of things.
