I designed an equipment some weeks ago, and now I want to analyze for the hydrostatic test. How could I flip the orientation of the whole equipment????

In PV Elite 2007 go to Tools menu -> Flip Model Orientation. Remember some of the items such as skirt that do not belong on a horizontal vessel would be modified/removed. Save the flipped model as a separate file.
You can also specify a vertical or a horizontal hydrotest in PV Elite.
