Pl. guide me how do we design Burried Vessel. My vessel is burried inside 1.5 m ground. I calculated total weight of soil above this and then by dividing that weight to area corresponding to 120 degree arc angle and then calculated the external pressure due to that weight. Also i calculated external pressure by considering operating weight of vessel and dividing by area corresponding to 120 degree arc angle. I have taken maximum of above two calculated pressure and design vessel considering that pressure as external pressure. Because of this there is requirement of One Stiffner.Whether procedure adopted by me is right. My vessel input data is:-

Diameter = 5000 mm
T / T length = 36500 mm
Internal pressure = 18 kg/cm2
Temperature (min/max) = -45/100 deg C
Fluid handled = LPG
Thickness = 36 mm

Also how do we take into account Seismic load.
Also i have previous reference drawing of similar parameters's vessel inwhich nine(9) stiffners at inside are used however there is requirement of only one(1) stiffner.Pl. guide me for above matter.

Your logic and reasoning sound very good to me. Unfortunately, we have very little or no experience with this sort of design. You may have to refer to the literature for the design of such structures.

Pl suggest me if you have any good reference for designing burried vessel.
