Hello,

We use PVElite 2010, build 100101, on Windows 7 business edition 64-bit.

We have 2 licenses installed on 2 computers, and only one of them has this behavior: When accessing the TubeSheet Properties page of a file previously generated, system crashes and the user needs to open PVElite again. He never can access this page after calculation is created and saved, only the other user can access it.

This computer has been formatted and Windows and PVElite reinstalled, but this behavior remains.

I would be very grateful if someone could help us on this issue.

This could be a problem with a graphics card drivers or a corrupt registry key. Update the graphic card drivers on the computer with the problem and try again. I would suggest that you contact your dealer for support. Use this link to obtain your local Support e-mail address.

We have just updated the graphics card driver, and the error still occurs.

I don't believe there is any problem with a corrupt registry key, because this computer has just been formatted.

Do you (or someone else) have any other idea?
