Recently we happened to discover in PVelite program that in case of vertical heat exchangers (BEM) typ) having tubesheet extended as a flange, though we have selected the option of bolt load transferred to tubesheet & full bolt load options in mating flanges, in tubesheet calculaitons refer UHX-9 to chk for extended portion of tubesheet, software does not considers Full Bolt load whearas considers the average bolt load i.e (Am+Ab/2) *S.

Request to have check on the same as well as resolution.
