Can any body tell that how Pvelite calculate Cummulative wind shear in leg supported vessel.

The cumulative wind shear on any vessel support orientation is the sum of the wind shear forces. It is this total force that will bend the vessel around the support. In the case of a leg or lug supported vessel the element to which they are attached must be broken into more than one piece. This is why you see 30-legs, legs-40 etc in the output.
