I am facing one problem regarding seismic loading and wind loading on saddle especially when we add platforms on vessel.

Currently i think that PV Elite not considering the effect of platform on saddle please guide me reagrding this problem.

It appears that you are correct. The weight is being considered but the extra wind area on the platform does not. You can simply increase the wind diameter multiplier for the element on which the platform is located. This will increase the wind load on that element.
